3.Heavy-Duty Rollers + Rubber Belts
Solid-drawn high-tensile steel pipe is used for steel rollers which are suitable for heavy-duty.Each bale is high density with beautiful shape by rugged rollers. Two rubber belts covered8rollers at the bottom for minimizing materials fell down during bailing process.
The bale chamber’s diameter is 100cm and it’s width is 100cm.When the baling is done,it is regular and even density.Maize silage(Diam.100×100) can be stored like grass bales.
4.Special Device For Minimizing Loss
In addition to rubber belts with rollers, gathering conveyor is equipped under bailing section since chopped materials is fell down through small gaps between rollers easily.The recycling system can transport those scattered corn silage to the hopper to reduce the lose.
5.Quick Dual-Arm Wrapping System
Using post-quick dual-arm wrapping system,customers can set wrapping layer number according the practical need and automatically cut after wrapping.The bale is formed quickly, with high density and good appearance quality.
6.Hopper With 4.5 M3 Of Capacity
Bailing materials are stored in 4.5m3 hopper which capacity is for 3 bales and which makes it possible continuous production.If our Multibaler is operated under full automatic mode, only small work is required to field staffs such as material supply, bale conveyance, consumption items supply(films and nets).
7.Automatic Cooling System
Multibaler is equipped automatic cooling system,which provide protection for a long continuous high-temperature operation on this machine.
8.Two Kinds Of Different Actuation
Feel free to either choose two kinds of different actuation( tractor or engine) ,can adapt to different working field.
9.Automatic Alarm System
This machine also configures sound-light alarm system.When the system breaks, the alarm will produces sound-light alarm signal immediately.
